    4 So far, so good. I have had very good people answer my calls. If they don't know something they have not been too prideful to pretend that they know it. They have put me on hold and gotten the answer. If I have become irritable because I was on hold for an hour and fifty eight minutes they showed contrightness and humor to help me calm down. For that I am grateful. When you receive a piece of equipment and it only works 3-4 times you are not a very happy person. So,everyone so far has been very agreeable. Thank you , Sadina
