    5 I have had a great experience with Kurt Hewlett. He helped through all the steps of getting set up with SBGA and getting new credit card machines. He was always available to answer questions and help me through the set-up of my Clover credit card machine. It has been great working with SBGA.

    3 While Courtney was great and was able to resolve my problem immediately, I spent 10 minutes in an endless loop trying to get help. First call, I was told I needed to wait until 11:00am est to get assistance since Merchant Services was on the West Coast. I finally called and asked for the receptionist to connect me directly, I ended up in a voicemail. Second call to receptionist got be to Courtney who was able to assist. Top marks for Courtney.
