5 So my whole issue was a power cord. After starting with the phone# on the back of our terminal, and referred to 9 different phone#'s and literally hours of hold time , I finally called my old rep, who is no longer with your company. She gave me Marc's phone#. I was taken care of within minutes! He did an awesome job and I really appreciate his promptness. I do not have the time to get the run around. A big thank you to Marc.

So my whole issue was a power cord. After starting with the phone# on the back of our terminal, and referred to 9 different phone#'s and literally hours of hold time , I finally called my old rep, who is no longer with your company.
