4 Jessica was awesome to work with yesterday. I have called in a few times and this was the first time that someone did not dismiss my problem and helped work through it, even when she was having a hard time figuring it out. I hope that I get to talk with her each time I call in!

5 Juan was very nice and helpful. He had good product knowledge and was understanding when answering questions. It was not his fault, but setting up the machine out of the box could have had a little more assistance. We were expected to have it up and running before the training phone call.

5 The support was very helpful. Michael was patient and worked through the problems we were having with our terminal. It was giving me a total for the day on the Daily Settlement, but was not itemized. This should hopefully be fixed now. I won't know for sure until we have a day with more than one credit card purchase.
