After completing her service to me she transferred me to Stephanie in tech support and Stephanie helped with my technical issues. 5 I am impressed with the quality of service I have received from SBGA. John worked with me by phone in getting the new equipment set up and was very patient and thorough in making sure everything was correct. There was a problem so he ordered new equipment to be delivered the next business day. Scott then came out to install it himself. Both were exceptional to work with.
