4I called and went through A LOT of prompts only to be told that I need to call customer service. I asked for the number to call and it was the number I had called to begin with. I called back and chose not to go through the prompts. I hit zero and asked for customer service. Johnny Medina assisted me. He was professional, friendly and very timely. I really appreciated his assistance!

4Everything was great staff very friendly. I do however, find your answering machine a little overwhelming and people transferring your customers from one department to the other until you get to speak to the right person. Also many security questions, when obviously credit card machines are mostly used by employees, and in need of urgent assistance when the bosses aren't on site. I totally agree personal info should be secured, but maybe more accessible for us in management when we need help. Is common sense we will not have the bosses #ss or tx# etc. All I wanted was to figure out why our company machine opens by itself every night and then it won't print report technical support never answer. This is the reason why I requested assistance of getting a print report to send accounting.
