5 After two previous calls trying to handle my terminal needing a new download..... A very frustrated third call was made trying to get it handled. The very pleasant competent gentleman on the line did a great job figuring out the problem and getting me through the process while staying on the phone to complete it and be sure everything was working properly.

5 Very polite and patient. We had trouble connecting to a secure wifi and had to re-schedule the training for later in the day. After the secure connectivity was established, we were able to continue the training in about an hour. Thank you for the great service!
