4 Christopher was a great customer service representative, he was helpful and efficient. The only reason I'm giving the company 4 stars is because our equipment, that was very very expensive, seemed to have failed just as our 5 year lease was up and the company offered no help other to upgrade at another expensive cost. Seems very fishy that both machines stopped working right at 5 years.
