5Last Wednesday October 11, 2023 I call clover and was not able to get good help
call customer services about 3 times one of the times I talked to a Mayra and she asked for some in information I did not have she gave her name to call her back when I call they told me she was with another call that she will call me back she never did when I call back they told me she had left for the day (without calling me back)
No Today 10/16/2023 I call again trying to solve my problem and I was lucky to get Berenice she help me to connect to technical support and stay with me during the call to explain what my problem was, at the same time she help me with another problem I had in the office, in the middle of our conversation the phone call drop I call back and a Ben answer the phone he told me he will have Berenice call me back but he help me with the office problem he call the office and gave the person there a code they needed but it did not worked for some reason
Berenice did call me back and connected me again with Technical support this time they did help me
I call Berenice back and asked her if she could call the Office and help them and she did
and she help them re connect the clover machine
Let me say for the experience I had las Wednesday October 11 I was ready to ask my boss to change Merchants account to someone else but today after I got Berenice on the phone and she was so good helping me I am going to hold on on that there is customer service people that really want to help and Berenice is one of them she is great

5Today Mayra was very attentive with us today we have 1 1/2 year with clover and been trying to get answers and everyone would send us to another line and Mayra gave us her undivided attention at all times and helped us out dearly we hope wish everyone in clover and or all the 3rd parties were as attentive as Ms, Mayra was with us today she cleared all our questions and also helped me out how to manage my dashboard i really appreciate all of Mayra's helps today i didn't want this to go un said so mi taking the time so she is known for her fabulous work and dedication. and her both Spanish and English are very fluent she was such a great help. Honestly if i could add more stars i could because as I've said i have almost 1 1/2 year waiting for someone to be able to help us.

5Berenice was the only helpful representative. Our phone call had failed and I had to call customer service again in hopes that I would be connected to her again. At first I was connected to another rep who failed to help me out, let alone understand me. Berenice was able to quickly understand my situation, hop on a 3-way phone call with me to make sure it was resolved, rather than give me a phone number to call and hang up. She made sure it was handled with merchant services and interjected when they needed clarification. I find that most customer service calls are inefficient and slow. I was so thankful for Berenice today. Thank you!!!
