5 He listened ! asked if he answered all my questions. You could hear in his voice he was sincere and willing to help. When he didnt know the answer.....was polite and told me he would check with a supervisor to find out the correct information/answer. If he was in training, to be honest i would n't know that. He is a good communicator! He deserves more in the very near future $$$#$$
