1 I am not rating this company. This is a KUDOS to Holly. The customer service representative who helped me yesterday. She followed through on what she said she would do to help me get my refund and was most helpful. She provided me with great customer service and even though I am still transferring my business to another company due to past experience to include the person who I spoke with on yesterday, she even helped me to make sure that my closure of the account would be easy. She provided me with the forms needed. I really wish I could bring her with me to the next processing company.

I am not rating this company. This is a KUDOS to Holly. The customer service representative who helped me yesterday. 2 While I am satisfied with the customer service call, I am totally dissatisfied with the fact that this is at least the third time in the last few months that we have had a batch of payments that did not get closed out to the customer accounts, the payments were credited back to the customer accounts, and we did not get our funds. This is not acceptable. Why is this happening and what are you doing as our credit card processing company to fix this?

While I am satisfied with the customer service call, I am totally dissatisfied with the fact that this is at least the third time in the last few months that we have had a batch of payments that did not get closed out to the customer accounts, the payments were credited back to the customer accounts, and we did not get our funds.
