5 Kat is the only person who helped me with a solution to my problem. i called 2 days in a row and nobody seems to be able to help resolve my problem. All of a sudden, i can't log into the First Data to process credit card payments. Tried calling the customer service but pretty much they useless! imagine how frustrating that is!

1 I am not happy with my service. My digital gift card function often doesn't work but shows I sold one without issuing it to the customer. I've called numerous times and have been unsuccessful resolving this problem. I also ordered physical gift cards which I never received but was charged, every time I speak with a representative the tell me I should have them within a day or two which isn't true. I also wanted switched banks and it was a hassle. I needed a letter from my bank, had to sign DocuSign and my money was held up which stopped me from buying supplies to run my business.
