1 Spent 45 minutes with tech support only to discover that yes, the device is jammed, and too bad, it's out of warranty, even though it's a leased device. Referred us back to the merchant services office that sold us the deal... How can they receive any rating but a single star?

1 Every interaction I have with this service is challenging. I had someone on my team work with them to try and setup an uploadable excel file and that failed after over a week of trying. Today I called to get statements for previous periods. First you don't allow me to pull this data myself which is frustrating. Then I am told I can only get 3 months worth or I will be charged an additional fee. I agreed to the fee. Then the assistant on the phone told me she would get me the 3 first and then the other 2 would come later. I asked why couldn't they come all at once if I agree and sign the document. Then she agreed she would send them all together. Poor customer service; poor self servicing.
