    5 I spoke with Lewis on 9/3/19 in the morning as I was not able to access my 6 accounts to pull up my payment summary. This seems to happen every month. Lewis was very helpful resetting my password for 6 accounts. Lewis was professional and uplifting with his can do attitude. After discussing that this happens every month I inquired why this happens every month and asked if I should access the account sometime during the month so the program would accept my password and Lewis agreed that would be a good idea. Give this guy a raise. It is not easy when you have 6 accounts you need help with but he handled it with professionalism and patience. Paula

    5 Shawne was wonderful and so very pleasant to speak with. She was able to answer my question that I had been asking for the last week. All the persons I spoke with before were not able to give me a differentiate answer for how to balance the payments with the batches we close. I still think that you need to look into a payment report that gives us details on what is being deposited into our banks. It is a very tedious process to reconcile the batches to the payments.

Finally was able to speak with someone to get my refund issue resolved. Only to find out there is nothing i can do but call back the next day on a different number. Only to find out the next morning it is the wrong number. Finally able to get my issue resolved only to find out i could have prevented it the issue in the first place. Kat this morning was great to speak with. She actually knew what was going on. So it was 5 Stars on her end the rest of your customer service needs to know what they are doing and transfer people if need to the actual department with their question. Not to the main menu where customer have to keep re-entering their ID.

    1 My company has been cheated by the electronic verification system. After spending 45 minutes with customer service I found that the reason the $ was taken out of my account was that your people couldn't read my scan of end of day slip. This information could have been retrieved from your records and or bank records. You, however, relied on me to spend more time to recopy and send a picture of end of day report. I didn't meet your deadline time so your associate claimed that I am not entitled to the money that your company erroneously took out of my customers account in the first place then subsequently took out of my account and reissued credit to the customer. This to me is ludacris and the money should be sent back to my account and the $45 penalty for this issue that your company ,along with the bank, created.
