4 I had great customer service with the person who helped me. My issue is the difficulty of getting the information needed. Having to go from one report to anther type of report is very difficult and time consuming. The Batch report and the payment reports should be linked in some fashion to make it easier to get the information with out having to print or write down information and then go into another report.

5 We have been having some rough times here. I called to get some information and Shawny answered the call. Seriously, I think on the job application to work for this company, a requirement of "angel wings required" is on there. Tiffany and Shawny are such an asset to this company. Their caring and compassion and knowledge is unmatchable. Also Suzanne is another that is on our side. I can't say enough good about this customer service team.
