3 I am okay with your service. I had been charged for months for failing to comply with the PCI issue, I got it done late June/early July and still got hit for $29.95 on my July bill???? I would expect your staff to have that removed and/or discover that it was erroneously charged to both of my companies, but I had to call and ask that it be refunded. I was told it would be refunded to my acct by the end of the month, why not now? Had I not called, I have to wonder how long you would have continued to charge me at both businesses until I discovered it. The merchant services charges continue to rise, it seems way to often I am informed of a new annual fee etc etc etc... If I could use a different merch service with my Clover setup, I would be looking into it.
