5 We recently moved our company to a new location. We had to unhook our Clover credit card reader from previous location. When we tried to reconnect, it would not connect to the internet at our new building, unable to collect payments. I called customer service, spoke with Deborah B., she was extremely helpful. We recently moved our company to a new location. We had to unhook our Clover credit card reader from previous location. When we tried to reconnect, it would not connect to the internet at our new building, unable to collect payments. I called customer service, spoke with Deborah B., she was extremely helpful. 5 Deborah B. was a huge help to me this morning, I requested a statement copy &, not only did I receive it quickly & with friendly, professional service, but after the conclusion of our call, she took the time to assist me further & double checked that the mailing address was correct - without having to be asked. She found that it wasn't & corrected it, then called me back to let me know. I'm very appreciative of any & all help I receive, but Debbie took it upon herself to do more for me, I didn't have to ask her; on her own volition, she saved me from having to make another phone call next month requesting the same thing again. I REALLY appreciate that kind of customer service, it might've been a simple thing, but she went the extra mile for me & I'm enormously grateful for that!! :)
