    4 Today's experience was great. The response was timely (I emailed just last Friday, and was contacted first thing on Monday) and both of my concerns were promptly and adequately addressed. My experience has not always been a happy one (although the pros have so far outweighed the cons), but if today's trend continues, that may no longer be the case.
