5 Shawny the customer service specialist who have helped me was so knowledgeable and very patient with me. She's very smart and knows how to handle questions. Among all the customer service personnel I spoke with asking for help and guidance with Clover reporting - Shawny was the only one who were able to answer all my questions and able to help me with no issues at all. 1 We are not happy with all the phone calls to get this stuff together. They have asked for my drivers license 3 times which does not make me happy. I feel that is unreasonable and am ready to cancel everything. Now they sent me another letter to sign & make a copy of my license to send with the paperwork again. We are a small time shop with no printer or color copier. We have sent it via text 2 other times but apparently it is not good enough. Can they not blow up the picture so they can see it as they have the technology not us.

We are not happy with all the phone calls to get this stuff together. They have asked for my drivers license 3 times which does not make me happy.
