    2 Michael who answered the phone was extremely polite and professional. Unfortunately, I just can't get paperwork needed from your company. Our company just started processing with SBGA in February, on two liquor stores. These stores are being sold and I need agreements because I'm trying to get the buyer to continue with SBGA and the equipment leases. We need all agreements and equipment lease contracts to turn over to the closing attorney. I've tried to get some information through the 2/1/2021 docusign but was unsuccessful.

    5 Our company internet was down, and I had a customer wanting to pay with his credit card. I ran the card, and the response was, "did I want to run this transaction manually?". I replied yes, not knowing what else to do. I called the service center and the tech was very helpful, telling me what to expect. I really appreciate his assistance.

    3 I was not completely satisfied with my call today. For starters the agent stated that he would need to check with someone else in order to answer my question but never did. Then he advised me that he was on an inbound line. I guess that was suppose to be my queue to hurry up. That did not make me feel very valued as a customer
