5 When I called I was connected to Leslee M. the best representative. Actually I talked to a few people and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. But the one person that stands out and went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns was taken care of was Leslee. Thank you very much for your outstanding attitude and willingness to help me. 3 For the first time I got a great customer service for Christen. He tried to help me as much as possible. I believe your support team needs more exposure to Clover and the need for training can not over emphasized. Christen on the other hand showed signs of maturity. The other aspect which is not at all acceptable is disconnection of calls when we are put on hold. This has happened to me several times. Despite the support member asking for the call back number they never call us back.
