5 Shawny M was perfection! She knew exactly what to do and she walked me thru some technical issues on my end. She was able to help me send the information via my iPhone that I have never known how to do. She was amazingly friendly . Just a lovely person.. I wish she was working at AT&T.... they do not have friendly or helpful people.... 6 phone calls and still can't close an account!
