2The CLOVER systems work quite well. The transition from our old POS system went pretty smooth. Could have been better transferring our customers to the new data base. There was considerable misrepresentation for monthly charges to our account. I was told more than once, during the decision making process, there would not be any additional charges for apps to run the system. Charges were suppose to be absorbed within the monthly leasing fee. The sales people have ben unresponsive to discuss this situation with me. I have left several messages with a sales assistant, without any call backs, from the lead salesperson. The logistics team has been helpful with explaining charges.
